Frequently asked questions
How does signing work?
The client receives a link by email and signs without registering — with a finger on a phone or a mouse on a computer. The qualified electronic signature (Dokobit) is not enabled yet: we will turn it on once enough people ask for it. If you need it, write to us — that is how we count the requests.
What happens if a receipt photo can't be read?
The record is marked as failed and you can retry or enter the data manually.
Can I download all my data?
Yes — the profile page has a "Download my data" button that generates a file with all your account data.
