Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Client") and the service provider Kęstutis Skrebė (email: paperwork@mintedmind.eu). By registering for and using Paperwork, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Paperwork is a cloud-based software platform (SaaS) designed for trade contractors, builders, and service professionals to prepare cost estimates, generate and sign service contracts, record completion certificates, extract receipt details via OCR, and send documents for electronic signing.

3. Registration, Free Trial, and Pricing

• • Free Trial: newly registered Users receive a 14-day free trial with access to core Paperwork features (optional AI features and long-document OCR may incur additional charges).
• • Subscription Pricing: following the trial period, standard monthly subscription pricing applies — 20 EUR per month.
• • Access Limitation (Paywall): after the trial expires or a subscription is unpaid, creating and modifying documents, clients, and receipts is restricted. Existing records remain viewable, and an account administrator can export company data as JSON.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for subscription services is made via bank transfer against pro-forma or VAT invoices generated by the system. Payment is due within the payment period specified on the invoice to the designated provider bank account. Received payments extend the subscription validity accordingly.

5. User Responsibilities and Security

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Misuse of the service for unlawful purposes or distributing malicious code is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Document and contract templates provided in the platform are for informational guidance — Users are responsible for verifying their legal suitability. Total liability is limited to the fees actually paid by the User in the preceding 3 (three) months.

7. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription or delete their account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of material breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations, or failing agreement, before the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
